
These terms govern all bonus offers issued by Playzilla. They apply to any bonus balance, free spins and promotional credits associated with a promotion, unless a specific offer states otherwise. By accepting or using a bonus, you agree to these terms and any additional terms published with the relevant promotion.
To participate in bonus offers you must have a Playzilla account in good standing and be eligible under applicable law and the operator’s geographic restrictions. Bonuses are typically available after meeting the promotion’s eligibility criteria (for example, making a qualifying deposit or opting in when required). Some offers may require explicit activation or opt‑in; if so, you must enable the offer before playing with the bonus.
Playzilla may issue several types of promotions, including deposit bonuses, no‑deposit bonuses, free spins and cashback. Each offer has its own specific terms, but all are governed by this Bonus Policy unless the promotion states otherwise. Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance after the qualifying action is completed and are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. If a promotion specifies non-cashable status, remaining bonus funds will not be converted to real balance after wagering is completed.

During wagering, the maximum bet per wager is the lesser of the equivalent of 5 EUR or 5% of the total bonus amount. Bets exceeding the cap may void the corresponding wagering and may void related winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while many table games and live dealer titles contribute a reduced percentage or are excluded from wagering. Promotions may also specify certain games that cannot be played with bonus funds. A promotion’s information card within the platform will indicate any exceptions or restrictions.
Bonuses and any associated free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion, but no sooner than 14 days from issuance unless the offer specifies a different expiry. Free spins must be wagered within the stated period. If wagering requirements are not satisfied within the expiry window, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
Winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn only after all wagering requirements have been satisfied and any promotional conditions met. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are completed, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited. If a bonus is consumed or cancelled, any remaining bonus balance may be removed in accordance with the promotion terms.
Playzilla reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void winnings, or suspend or terminate a player’s account for suspected abuse, irregular play, or violation of these terms or any applicable promotion terms. Promotions may be modified or terminated at Playzilla’s discretion and without prior notice, provided that any winnings already redeemed are not affected unless the offer states otherwise.
Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, manipulation of bets or play patterns designed to exploit promotions, cross‑promotion abuse, or multi‑account activity. In such cases Playzilla may revoke bonuses, void winnings, confiscate balances and terminate access to services. If fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected, all related bonuses and winnings may be removed and accounts may be closed.
Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless a promotion specifically allows multiple bonuses. If more than one bonus is active, wagering applies to the largest bonus first and winnings are applied to the largest bonus used. Real money bets are settled before bonus wagering begins on bonus balances.
Some offers are non-cashable. When a non-cashable bonus is consumed or wagering is completed, any remaining bonus balance will not be converted to real balance.
Promotions are subject to regional restrictions and eligibility. Playzilla supports responsible gaming measures, including self‑exclusion and cooling-off options. Promotions may be withheld or removed for players under such restrictions, or for violations of policy or regulatory requirements.
Playzilla reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without notice, and to refuse or void any promotional credits or winnings in cases of suspected abuse or non-compliance with these terms.
Promotional communications are issued in accordance with Playzilla’s privacy policy. Players may opt out of promotional emails by contacting customer support, subject to continued compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any active promotions.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Playzilla’s operations in the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with bonus terms will be resolved in the appropriate competent courts in the operator’s jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection and gambling regulations.
