These Playzilla Sports Betting Rules govern all bets accepted by the Playzilla Sportsbook. All bets are settled strictly in accordance with these Rules. Playzilla reserves the right to amend or vary these Rules at any time, with such changes binding immediately upon posting. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Rules and any event-specific terms prior to placing a wager. Where events or markets carry bespoke rules, those provisions apply in addition to the general Rules. The English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between language versions.
Settlements are based on the official results of the relevant governing bodies, subject to these Rules and any event-specific terms. Where multiple winners exist in an Outright market, the stake is divided equally among winners at the full odds, excluding the stake. If the official result is inconsistent with the posted results or data, Playzilla may rely on the official source or, where available, video evidence to determine the correct result. If no video recording exists, the official governing body’s published result governs settlement. Playzilla may suspend settlement in the face of uncertainty or conflicting data. Bets accepted after an event has finished are void, except for live bets where applicable.
Live or in-running betting is offered subject to live data feeds and odds that may move rapidly as the Event unfolds. Playzilla does not guarantee perpetual availability of prices during a match and reserves the right to refuse or void bets where displayed prices deviate materially from industry norms due to circumstances outside Playzilla’s control. Each live bet is placed and settled on the basis of live data at the time of acceptance, with the understanding that live data may be delayed.
Playzilla’s default stance on event alterations is set to ensure market integrity and customer fairness. If an Event is postponed beyond 48 hours from the original start time or is not completed within the originally scheduled completion window, all unsettled bets shall be void unless otherwise stated in the Market Rules for that event. Bets on outcomes already determined will stand. If an Event is abandoned after starting and is not resumed within 48 hours, bets on outcomes determined at abandonment stand, while undecided markets are void and stakes refunded. If an event is resumed within the 48-hour window, bets remain valid and will be settled based on the resumed result. If a change of venue occurs, Playzilla reserves the right to treat bets as void if home/away designations are materially affected; where events are played on neutral grounds and declared as such, bets remain valid. If the opposing team or participant is changed or listed incorrectly, bets may be voided.
Outright (futures) markets are subject to Play-or-Pay rules. If a listed participant cannot take part in the competition, outright bets stand as losses (not void) unless otherwise specified for a particular market. Head-to-head markets involving a participant who does not participate are void. If a participant is replaced by another from the same team, team-based markets may stand while individual performance markets may be void.
Settlement is based on the official results available from governing bodies or official event sources. If there is a conflict between the results posted on Playzilla and official sources, Playzilla may rely on video footage or the governing body’s published result. If no video is available, the governing body’s result governs settlement. Queries must be raised promptly; claims after the allowed window may be rejected. If conflicting information arises between different sources, Playzilla may suspend payments until verification is completed.
Customer disputes should be raised with Customer Services. If unresolved, the matter progresses to the Trading team, and, if necessary, to the Head of Sportsbook, whose decision is final and binding. Customers will be informed of outcomes by electronic communication where applicable.
Bet limits (minimum and maximum) vary by sport and event and are defined by Playzilla. A bet is accepted on the basis that it is the sole investment of the Customer. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event has commenced, the affected selections are void, except for those covered by live betting services. Playzilla reserves the right to correct obvious errors, and, by mutual consent, to accept bets after an event has started. Time of acceptance is determined by the server; where disputes arise, the server time governs settlement.
Playzilla relies on official and independent data sources to determine event start times, results, and related information. If a technical interruption affects the betting service, the standard checks (funds availability, price correctness, etc.) apply, and customers may be required to re-log in and review bet status after service restoration. Bets accepted prior to a disruption may be subject to review according to these Rules.
When a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision contradicts on-field decision, bets placed between the moment the original event incident occurs and the final VAR decision may be void if the odds for those offers are affected. Bets unaffected by the VAR outcome may stand. Playzilla may reverse settlements if a final decision changes the outcome, provided such decision is announced before the conclusion of the event or the relevant settlement window.
Playzilla reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting. By placing a bet, customers acknowledge and accept these Rules and any event-specific terms published alongside the wager. These Rules apply to all markets unless a separate section of the event description states otherwise.
